Return & Exchange Policy
At Zippit.net, we want you to love your shapewear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within [30] days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn shapewear, bodysuits, or underwear.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:
- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Clearance or sale items (if marked final sale)
- Gift cards
3. Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges on eligible items:
- Exchanges must be requested within the return window
- Only one exchange per order is allowed
- If your preferred size is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or refund
4. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service at zippit@gmail.com.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customer is responsible for shipping.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right at no extra cost to you.
